**Log into your IHIMA profile in order to take advantage of member rates!**

In order to qualify for the IHIMA member rate, you must be a 2024 Professional AHIMA/IHIMA member. Other discounted registration rates (Student and Emeritus) are based on your AHIMA/IHIMA member status. If you have questions about your member status or believe that your member status is incorrect in your IHIMA profile, please contact the IHIMA Central Office. Registration rates online will automatically calculate based on the days you are attending AND your member status. 

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Registration is fully online. Credit cards, debit cards, and checks are accepted forms of payment for registration. Purchase orders are not accepted. To pay by credit card, you must register ONLINE. Your registration is NOT complete until we receive your payment. Early Bird registration rates are available through March 20, 2024. If paying by check, your check must be postmarked by March 20th in order to take advantage of the Early Bird rates. This still applies if your employer is mailing the check! Please plan accordingly. If you prefer to go back and pay with a credit card, you can click the link within your open invoice that was emailed to you with your registration confirmation. If paying by check, you must register ONLINE. When prompted for payment on the online registration form, please select the “Invoice Me” option.

ACCESSING THE VIRTUAL DAY OF CONFERENCE
You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the virtual day of the conference before the event begins on April 23rd. Make sure you enter your email address correctly in registration! 

CEU INFORMATION
Attendees can find educational session and CEU information in the Attendee Brochure and the Annual Meeting & Exhibit webpage.  Each one-hour session is worth 1 AHIMA CEU. After the meeting, IHIMA will send an email with an online evaluation.  Once the evaluation is completed, we will upload your CEUs into your  IHIMA “My CEUs” profile. In your My CEUs profile, attendees can download or save a CEU report from IHIMA24. Please note that attendees will still need to enter IHIMA24 CEUs in your AHIMA CEU Center (they will not transfer automatically). Any questions – contact the IHIMA Central Office.
